Where are you located?
Armor Self Storage is conveniently located on the North Side of Fort Worth Highway just a mile east of the courthouse.
When will I be able to access my unit and belongings?
You will receive a personal gate code to access your unit between 6:30am and 8:30pm everyday.
What are the office hours?
Our office is open and staffed to help Monday through Saturday from 8:30 am to 5:00pm. We do take a lunch break and close the office from 12-1pm.
What do I need to bring in to rent a unit?
Renting a unit is a very easy process. Just bring in a copy of your government-issued ID and fill out some paperwork. You’ll have access to your unit in 10 minutes or so.
What size units do you offer?
Armor Self Storage offers a wide range of sizes to accommodate every need. From small sizes like a 3’x5′ all the way up to a 24’x35′, we have you covered. All of our units offer tall ceilings to stack high, so you can make the most of your space.
How do I know what size unit I need?
We have a friendly team of experts ready to guide you to a unit perfectly sized to suit your needs. Give us a call and we’d be happy to help. You can also check out this page for some ideas on sizing.
When will my payments be due and how do I pay them?
Your payment will be due the 1st of every month and you can pay in office with cash, check or credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover) during our office hours or online. We also have an automatic payment option taking the hassle out remembering that payment each month.
Do you have parking options?
We offer both covered and uncovered parking for storing cars, trucks, boats and RVs.
What is your refund policy?
When moving into a storage unit, rental fees are pro-rated for that monthly billing cycle. However, we do not pro-rate or refund during the move out process.
How do I pay my bill online?
Online access to your account is hosted by U-Haul.com. To sign up and connect to your account, you must enter the e-mail address, name and phone number the same way they appear on file in our office.
